User Conduct

You may not use the game or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violation of any intellectual property rights, or in a manner that harms, threatens, or harasses any person. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the game or website, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or spamming.

User Content

By using the game, you may create or submit content, including but not limited to in-game text, graphics, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but grant HEISTORA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in any media.

In-Game Purchases

The game may offer virtual goods or other items for purchase using real-world currency ("In-Game Purchases"). By making an In-Game Purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes, and acknowledge that such purchases are final and non-refundable. In addition, you understand that any chargeback or dispute of the transaction may result in the termination of your account.

• Payment Processing: All In-Game Purchases will be processed through third-party payment processors, and you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of such payment processors.
• Virtual Goods: In-Game Purchases may include virtual goods that can be used in the game. You acknowledge that virtual goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency or goods.
• Pricing and Availability: HEISTORA reserves the right to change the pricing and availability of In-Game Purchases at any time, without notice.
• Fraud Prevention: HEISTORA reserves the right to investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, including by withholding or delaying the delivery of virtual goods until payment has been verified.

Public Chat

The game includes a public chat feature that allows you to communicate with other players in real-time. By using the public chat, you agree to the following:

• Content Moderation: HEISTORA reserves the right to moderate the public chat and remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate. HEISTORA is not responsible for any content posted by users in the public chat.
• Privacy: The public chat is a public forum, and any information you disclose in the public chat may be visible to other users. HEISTORA recommends that you exercise caution when disclosing personal information in the public chat.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: HEISTORA does not warrant that the public chat will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall HEISTORA be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the public chat or game, even if HEISTORA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Disclaimer of Endorsement: HEISTORA does not endorse any User Content posted in the public chat, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such User Content. Any views expressed in the public chat are solely those of the individual users and do not represent the views or opinions of HEISTORA.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The game and website are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
